You do not have proper access assigned for The Thread or the vendor portal.

If you have recently converted from a contractor to an employee, please open a ticket to the PT - Identity Access Management team.

For all other issues, please open a ticket to the PT - HR - Talent-Learning team unless you are normally able to access The Thread or the vendor portal, in which case we suggest you please try the following:

  1. Clear the cache in your browser, close all open instances of it, reopen it and attempt to log in again (preferably in incognito or private mode)
  2. If you still cannot see content after logging in, try logging in with a different browser (preferably in incognito or private mode)
  3. If you still cannot see content, try rebooting your computer and try logging in again (preferably in incognito or private mode)
